1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pockecraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Pockecraft is an iOS application that allows users to create personalized tools using AI-powered code generation. Users describe their needs in natural language, and the app generates functional web-based tools that run locally on the device.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not use the app to create tools that are harmful, offensive, or illegal
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app
• Not use the app to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. AI-Generated Content

Tools created through Pockecraft are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of generated tools
• Generated tools may contain errors or unexpected behavior
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing tools before relying on them
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of generated tools

5. Subscriptions

Pockecraft offers optional subscription plans ("Pockecraft Pro") that provide additional features:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6. Intellectual Property

The Pockecraft app, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Tools you create using the app are yours to use as you see fit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
